Refund Policy

ULTRARE ENTERPRISE does not offer refunds for digital marketing services once the service work has begun, including strategy development, planning, ad account setup, or campaign execution.

Clients are entitled to revisions as per the terms stated in the project agreement. Any dissatisfaction must be communicated via email within 7 days of the delivery of the specific service phase.

Refunds are only considered for services not yet started and must be requested in writing to honhuat@ultrare.co. Decisions are at the sole discretion of ULTRARE ENTERPRISE.

All payments made for completed work, consultations, or third-party ad budgets (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads) are strictly non-refundable.
